Two emails go out for every order: a confirmation the moment you check out, and a dispatch email with your tracking link once the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed at the weekend go out on the next working day.
Standard is free and takes 7–14 days after dispatch. Express is $9.99 and takes 5–7 days.
Our stock ships from overseas fulfillment partners, which is why standard delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would.
Almost certainly not. Tracking often takes 2–3 days to show its first scan. If there is no movement after 10 business days, email us and we will chase it.
Yes, as long as the order has not shipped. Email us with your order number as soon as you can.
Exchanges are free within 30 days. Send it back unworn with tags attached and we will swap it. Refunds are also available within 30 days, with a 15% handling fee deducted.
